The Double D Continuous Baking Oven is linear vertical air flow convection oven that is the perfect solution for baking high volumes of grain based products, including but not limited to breads, pastries, pies, quiche and morning rolls. The unique fully adjustable airflow system gives the operator complete control of top and bottom heat. This provides consistent and even color development on the full range of products.
