Double D Revoband™ Continuous Protein Oven
The Double D Continuous Protein Oven combines continuous automatic high volume processing with accurate temperature and airflow control for high product yields. It has a unique combination of flexibility and control for excellent results on a wide range of products from bone-in poultry to steamed vegetables.
The Revoband Oven features precisely controlled vertical hot air directed at the product from above and below the belt. The adjustable fan speed control for each zone provides unlimited flexibility and precision. The oven offers high temperature cooking up to 535° F (280°C) and can inject steam to rapidly raise internal product temperatures and protect valuable yield.
Each Revoband Continuous Protein Oven can be custom built to exactly meet individual requirements. The oven can be used as a stand alone process or combined with the Double D Searer/Grill Marker for a complete in line processing solution for ready meal components.
