JBT LaserFood: the New Generation Labeling

JBT LaserFood is an innovative and eco-friendly solution for the contactless marking of fruits and vegetables with natural light.

Full traceability of products: by allowing to label in a permanent way any piece of fruit, growers and retailers now have the possibility to trace their products until they are consumed.

In turn, consumers now have full guarantee about what they buy and can have access to all the information they want about the product (something that was impossible until now).

JBT LaserFood offers a perfect alternative to regular paper stickers because it eliminates paper, glue, ink, etc. on organic produce.


JBT LaserFood - Product Line


1) LMS1 PRO

Laser Mark LMS1 PRO | JBT LaserFood

    The PRO range of machine is the maximum expression of the Laser Mark technology and includes the following features in its standard version:

    • Stainless steel structure and body
    • Automatic regulation of lasers
    • External control touch screen on a mobile arm for easy access
    • Conveyor belt for trays (length: 2600mm / useful width: 650mm)
    • Conveyor belt equipped with high performance servo engine for optimal precision and performance

    Options:

    • Complete contrast liquid spraying module (for products that require it)
    • Conveyor belt can be made in different lengths (please check with us)
    • Conveyor belt for produce in bulk (2600mm)

    Technical data:

    • Electrical data: 3kWh, 220v monophasic
    • Air pressure required: 10l/min, 6 bar
    • Internet connection: RJ45
    • Air cooling system outlet: diameter=125mm
    • Dimensions of machine (approx.): L=2600 / l=1000 / h=2000)

 

2) LMS1 LITE

JBT LaserFood LMS1 LITE - Laser Mark | Laser Labeling System

    The LITE range of machines is a simplified version of the PRO range for customers who wish to enjoy all the advantages of the Laser Mark technology while making a reduced investment.

    The LITE machines offer the same performances and marking capacity as the PRO machines but the systems have been simplified. It includes:

    • Aluminum structure
    • Methacrylate panels
    • Manual regulation of lasers
    • Control touch screen embedded in lateral panel
    • Conveyor belt equipped with high performance servo engine for optimal precision and performance

    Options:

    • Complete contrast liquid spraying module (for products that require it)
    • Possibility of longer conveyor belt
    • Conveyor belt for produce in bulk (2600mm / 2800mm / 3500mm)

    Technical data:

    • Electrical data: 3kWh, 220v monophasic
    • Air pressure required: 10l/min, 6 bar
    • Internet connection: RJ45 (must be with cable)
    • Air cooling system outlet: diameter=125mm
    • Dimensions of standard machine (approx.): L=2300mm / l=1000mm / h=1800mm

Common features to the PRO and LITE versions

Both versions of the machine share the same software and control system. Performances (speed, output, graphic capacities, memory, etc.) are rigorously identical to ensure that, whatever version you choose, you will get the same results.
