Stein coating equipment is capable of handling a wide range of breading and batter applications. Frying adds flavor to the product and scorched oil can ruin this flavor. The Stein THERMoFIN® fryer is gentle on heating the frying oil through its patented vertical fin heat exchanger. Our Stein linear and spiral ovens are available in a variety of configurations to ensure the highest product quality, color and yield. The DSI water-jet portioning systems help to ensure that processors achieve the lowest all-in cost of poultry portioning. The Frigoscandia GYRoCOMPACT series of freezers feature a patented drive system that increases hygiene and poultry processing capacity.
