Aseptic Bulk Packaging

JBT FoodTech’s Aseptic Fillers are available in three models:

  • AF 200 Classic
  • AF 2000 Imperial
  • ABF 2000

They offer a highly effective and reliable aseptic method of bulk packaging for high and low-acid food products, including:

JBT FoodTech’s Aseptic Fillers guarantee reliability of the aseptic filling, combining the precision of the head hydraulic movement with the accuracy of the load cells weighing system.

The AF 200 Classic and the AF 2000 Imperial models utilize the plug-in fitment system offering an affordable and economic solution for purées and particulates aseptic filling.

The ABF 2000 model utilizes a heat sealed type fitment offering a highly effective and reliable aseptic method of bulk packaging for high- and low-acid food products, including:

  • tomato paste
  • vegetable and fruit purees
  • particulates
  • concentrates
  • sauces
  • soups
  • dairy and many other delicate products.
