The JBT FoodTech Pear Processing Line, peels, stems, seed cell and optionally slices pears.

Designed specifically for continuous high speed operations, each caustic peeler can feed one or two coring units providing 4 or 8 tons/hr. Flexibility is conceived for interchangeable use with canned cocktail and sliced pear requirements.
