PF 200 Finisher

The JBT FoodTech Pulper/Finisher reduces tomatoes, fruits and vegetables to a semi-liquid or liquid state.

It eliminates pits from stoned fruit pulp and separates seeds, skins, and extraneous particulate materials from pureed pulp. A specialty use for it is in baby food. In this case, it reduces the size of preheated pureed vegetables used in baby foods.

Alternative uses include mixing and blending ingredients during the finishing operation.

This results in higher yield, increased capacity, improved quality of finished products, and longer screen life.
