DSI waterjet portioning systems use vision systems to determine key attributes of each piece of boneless raw product. DSI software selects an optimal cut strategy for each piece, and ultra-thin streams of high-pressure water cut the product cleanly and safely. DSI hardware and software is continually refined. More than two decades after creating the first system, the DSI product line continues to provide food processors with ever-improving capability and flexibility.
