General benefits of the Cleaning Systems from JBT FoodTech

  • The GYRoCOMPACT freezer with its leaning surfaces and open product zone is designed for easy and efficient cleaning.
  • Due to few materials used, less water and chemicals are needed for cleaning of the product zone.
  • The JBT wash systems including evaporator wash can also be used for quicker defrosting.
  • No water, except from the heavy duty wash (HD), is re-circulated.
  • For maximum functionality all nozzles are purged with air to remove excess water and to avoid the nozzles and pipes from freezing. All nozzles in the pump cabinet are further flushed to remove detergents and avoid these from plugging.
