Frozen pellets mean convenience

The product is frozen between two endless stainless steel belts. The top belt is flat and the lower is corrugated. The product is applied on the corrugated belt by a spreading device after which te flat belt is brought in contact with the product, thus totally enclosing it. After the freezing and forming zone the product is transformed into precision-cut pellets.
