Milk

Milk is a white liquid produced by female mammals. It provides nutrients and antibodies to newborns before they are able to digest other foods.

Milk contains lactose, saturated fats, proteins, calcium and vitamin C. The term milk is also used for other non-animal substitutes such as soy milk, rice milk, almond milk and coconut milk.
