  • Low operating cost: total installed power is average 5-6 kW per ton of evaporated water, 5-10 kW for smaller plants, 2-2.5 kW for high capacity models.

  • Evaporator flexibility: flow rate reduction by up to 50%.

  • Low installation cost: the machine is horizontally fully assembled and tested in FMC factory and is lifted into vertical position at customer's plant.

  • High tomato paste concentration, both in hot and cold break.

Aroma Recovery System:

  • designed to maximize the recovery of essential oils in the vapours taken from the several stages, before condensing them in the barometric column.
