工作原理

使用 JBT 开发的 C8–A 装置时,苹果被转送给机械化进料站。在那里,苹果被搅动翻转,八个一排,装入碱液去皮设备中。果实在碱性溶液保持一段预定的时间(时间值可调)。保持时间、碱液的密度和温度可根据需要去皮的条件设置。当苹果从碱液中取出后,被转移到一个梯式输送架上,送入高压蒸汽阀门。这一操作将激活苹果表面的碱性溶液,从而使果皮松动、脱落。保持期和阀门的蒸汽压力是可变的,取决于水果处理的条件。当蒸汽处理周期结束时,苹果被排入一台旋转式橡胶线清洁设备(RRCW)去除水果表面已经松动的皮层。清洁机采用了一种内螺旋式运动方式,可将苹果轻轻送入料桶中。 

洗涤工序后,苹果或送入水槽或通过皮带输送到取心装置的对齐区域。  

苹果按每行八个,被输送到一个移动的输送机上。输送机由不锈钢制成,上面装有八只杯子,每只杯子中央有一个开口。每一个开口中伸出一个对齐用的导轮,将水果旋转摆放在一个根茎朝下或花枝端头向下的位置,以备取心。水果摆放的位置可通过输送台发出的振动动作来作进一步调整。对齐输送机的两侧安排有两名操作人员,他们会及时调整任何定位不正确的苹果方向。
