Double D Revoband Continuous Protein Oven

Need to ensure maximum yield with continuous, automatic high-volume processing? The Revoband Continuous Protein Oven does exactly that with a unique combination of flexibility and control for excellent results on a wide range of products, covering everything from bone-in chicken products to steamed vegetables.

Precisely controlled hot air is directed at the product from both above and below the belt. Coupled with fan speed control in each zone, this provides unlimited flexibility and precision. The oven offers high-temperature cooking up to 280° C, and can inject steam to rapidly raise internal product temperatures and protect valuable yield.

Each Revoband Continuous Protein Oven can be custom-built to exactly meet individual requirements. The oven can also be combined with the Double D Infrared Sealing and Searing Unit and Revoband Searer/Grill-Marker to give you a complete in-line processing solution for ready meal components.
