蒸发器

JBT FoodTech设计的所有蒸发器都是专门用于制作高品质的番茄酱。

所有的 JBT 蒸发器都经专门设计,用以获取高品质的番茄酱和水果泥。事实上,对所有设备而言,低温状态是保持产品感官特性的关键性因素。所有系统的低温配置亦系维持新鲜水果感官特性的关键性因素。多重效应设计可节约能源,降低运营成本。每一种设计效应都运用了一根垂直管(位于外壳加热器内)、一个分离器和一台循环泵。

蒸发器在真空状态下运行,由一台气压冷凝器支持。冷凝器连接到一个真空源,负责完成最后一次蒸发效应。系统操作包括启动和关闭,均由 PC / PLC 系统控制。这样,操作人员的干预仅限于做出菜单选择。
